The CCM Tacks XF 80 Junior Hockey Skates feature a 7mm black felt tongue with a molded foam core that provides a snug on-ice fit. Additionally, the tongue offers lace bite protection for maximum comfort. The boot's interior is lined with CCM's HD microfiber and features an Ortholite footbed for added support.

The XF80 skate features an improved tendon guard using CCM's Flex Tendon 3.0 technology. This technology is also used in the high-end XF Pro, XF, and XF90 skates, allowing for a wider range of motion and greater extension on skating strides, resulting in enhanced speed.

For a personalized fit, CCM incorporates multi-density memory foam ankle padding and an HD microfiber liner into this skate. The memory foam includes a smooth, anatomical finish for maximum comfort.
